Do you guarantee zero downtime?
Risks and change windows are discussed before work. Migration, backup and recovery strategies depend on the application; zero downtime is not promised for every system.
Is monthly server management included?
Deployment is an initial project. Monitoring, regular updates and monthly support are agreed as ongoing work.
