Which package is suitable for my business?
Start with an introduction or promotion page. Business for company profiles up to 5 pages. Growth for up to 10 pages with CMS so teams can update content themselves. If you need special transactions, automation or integration, we discuss it through the Custom package.
Are domains, hosting and SSL included?
Yes, the first year includes Start, Business, and Growth. If you already have a domain or hosting, convey it during the consultation so that the offer can be adjusted. Domain type, hosting capacity and renewal fees are explained before you accept the offer.
Can I edit the website myself?
Growth includes a CMS for the agreed-upon pieces of content, along with training and guidance on how to use it. Start and Business do not cover CMS. Content changes after handover of both packages can be discussed as needed.
What does starting price mean instead of Growth?
IDR 2,999,000 is the starting price for simple coverage. The number of modules, reservation flow, integrations, and other requirements affect the final cost. You receive written details of features, fees and schedule before paying the deposit.
What about materials and revisions?
You prepare the logo, photos, business information, and main materials. We help organize it according to the package. The number of pages or sections, rounds of revisions, as well as the need for additional content are noted in the quote before work.
Are there any costs after the website is finished?
There are domain and hosting renewal fees after the first year. Third party services such as business email, payment gateway, and WhatsApp gateway have their own fee terms. Maintenance or further development is discussed and approved separately.
What does the 30 day technical guarantee include?
Repair technical problems with features that are carried out according to the agreement for 30 days after handover. Feature additions, major design changes, or third-party service issues follow separate discussions.
